Some of our neighbours out for the Spring Clean up.

Our neighbourhood is much cleaner since the morning of Saturday April 24, when 29 participants picked up a total of 16 bags of litter. Exercise, sunshine and conversation were all enjoyed by the volunteers. The BBQ at the Ron Kolbus Lakeside Centre afterward (for volunteers in the clean-up in Bay Ward) was a welcome addition too.
A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the effort; most particularly to Suzanne Gauthier, the organizer; those who delivered the flyers; and those who came out Saturday morning to do their part to make our corner of the city green.
