If the graph (or the ALT text for the image) does NOT make everything perfectly clear, select this link for some descriptive text.
This is a case where even the ALT="text" that accompanies the graph does not give enough useful information to the viewer. If you include a graph or chart on your page, it is likely to be critical to the information you are presenting to your clients or readers. I strongly recommend that your provide some alternative text to describe your chart or graph. The following text describes in words what the graph conveys visually.
By the way, if you decide that your graph or chart is too complex to describe in words, then perhaps it isn't a good choice to include in your document. If you can't interpret it, how can you expect your clients to do so?
